At Olok, we want to ensure that our users are satisfied with our services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel your subscription and request a refund.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Olok subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your Olok account
2. Navigate to the Account Settings
3. Select "Subscription"
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for future billing periods.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Within 14 days of initial subscription: Full refund available
• After 14 days of initial subscription: Prorated refund for unused portion of the subscription
• One-time purchases (e.g., game bookings): Refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled game time

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Contact our customer support team at general@olok.ing
2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

4. Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

• Refunds are not available for any partially used subscription periods
• We do not offer refunds for cancellations made after a subscription renewal has been processed
• Refunds for game bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to the host's cancellation policy

5. Payment of Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Olok after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
